Description
ELFTMANN Match model single stage trigger, right, for AR-10/.308
- Direct game relaxation for AR-10.
- Trigger and hammer mounted on aeronautical quality needle bearings (world first).
- No pre-stroke and extremely short overall stroke.
- Hammer equipped with a “half-cocked” notch for maximum safety (the shot can only be fired by deliberate action on the trigger, and not during a shock for example)
- More powerful hammer spring and heavier hammer to ensure perfect percussion of 308 Win./7.62×51 primers.
- Modular trigger consisting of a sub-assembly very easy to mount in the frame.
- The module is immobilized in the carcass by two screws which do not require thread locker because 2 counter-locking screws are supplied with the trigger.
- Constructed of A2 tool steel (trigger, hammer, and separator) and aeronautical aluminum (body).
- Adjustable by a screw easily accessible from the top of the frame once the weapon has been dismantled in two.
- Straight trigger, lightened by electro-erosion.
- Starting weight adjustable from 1.3kg to 1.8kg.
- This trigger, according to its designer, requires no lubrication.
- Compatible with .154” (3.91mm) MilSpec pins, i.e. the vast majority of civilian AR-10s.
- Supplied with Allen key and steel plate to be positioned at the bottom of the frame (necessary for polymer frames, optional but recommended on 7075T6 frames)
- Made in USA
Note: The AR-10 model is also compatible with AR-15 receivers with MilSpec dimensions.
Nevertheless, it is preferable to take, for an AR15 in 223/5.56/300AAC, one of the models specific to the AR-15, equipped with a lighter hammer (“faster lock-time”). The model for AR-10 has as only differences a heavy hammer and a more powerful hammer spring to effectively strike the primers of the 308 Win./7.62×51 cartridges.
