Description

Warwick Tactical Model Outlaw Target – CrN PVD (Chromium Nitride by Vacuum Evaporation) :

Warwick Tactical is an American manufacturer based in Pennsylvania. He specializes in the production of very high-level 1911-type custom cars with significant technical improvements.
Some models are intended for the TSV discipline in the ”Classic” division such as the S1, or in the ”Standard” division such as the S1 3-Gun or the Outlaw 3-Gun.
In any case, they will satisfy lovers of beautiful pieces and lovers of fine mechanics.
The manufacturing tolerances are very tight, but with an extremely fluid mechanism which demonstrates the quality of the adjustment. The breech and the barrel give the feeling of being mounted on ball bearings, and this with the low original lubrication. Therefore, we think it’s possible that the weapon doesn’t require any break-in (unlike many customs).
Warwick Tactical also manufactures precision parts for several reputable gun manufacturers.

Characteristics :
– Semi-automatic pistol using the mechanism of the Colt 1911, produced on CNC machines with exceptional manufacturing tolerances (see below).
– Caliber 9×19 (9mm Luger / 9mm Parabellum).
– Stainless steel Bar-Sto match barrel, rigged using a new method with a Warwick redesigned tie rod for optimal timing.
– Front wedging provided by a bushing (cone wedging on request).
– Intrinsic accuracy less than 50mm at 50m on a shooting machine, with quality ammunition.
– Cylinder head and carcass in 4140 steel, protected by double nitriding (very high resistance to wear and corrosion), followed by a PVD CrN coating (physical vapor deposition).
– Cylinder head rails and carcass rails machined with a tolerance oscillating between 7 thousandths and 1 hundredth of a millimeter between the 2 parts.
– The top of the cylinder head has 3 facets.
– The front of the carcass has a grid of 25 lines per inch.
– Match trigger with lightened hammer (hammer and trigger machined from cutting tool steel).
– Extended ambidextrous safety.
– Bo-Mar rear sight with chamfered slip on the sides.
– Fiber optic handlebar, mounted on dovetail (spare optic fiber supplied).
– Dawson Precision magazine well, compliant with IPSC regulations.
– Long guide rod.
– Checkered hammer spring housing, straight profile.
– Beaver tail.
– Plates in G10 with Warwick logo (G10 is the strongest composite material in the class of multi-layer fiberglass laminated at high pressure and impregnated with epoxy resin).
– Barrel length: 5” (127mm).
– Caliber: 9×19.
– Delivered in a case with a 10-shot stainless steel magazine (Wilson or Shooting Star depending on availability, made in the USA)
– Manufactured and assembled entirely in the USA.
– Classified in category B1

Notes:
– The cylinder head of the Outlaw version has cross gripping grooves at the front, therefore this model cannot be used in the ”Classic” division in TSV competition (for this division, choose the S1 Target model ).
