BCM MK12 Mod0-A5 SPR (Special Purpose Rifle)
BCM (Bravo Compagny Mfg) is an American manufacturer very famous for the reliability and the longevity of its weapons. These are used by many specialized units in the United States. They use parts and assembly that meet or exceed the M4’s MilSpec standard, down to the smallest details and component parts.

The model presented here is an improved version of the legendary MK12 developed by the US Navy (Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division) for special units that depend on USSOCOM such as the Navy Seals for example. It is a sniper rifle for long range shooting optimized to take advantage of the MK262 cartridge mounted with a 77 grain match projectile. Nevertheless, this rifle can be used with lighter projectiles with a precision that will remain out of the ordinary. In addition, thanks to its compensator and its A5 buffer, its recoil is almost non-existent.

It is both a collector’s weapon and a tool that can be used extensively.

Main Features :

• AR-15 type semi-automatic rifle with direct gas borrowing (Rifle Length type).
• 18” match barrel (MK12 special heavy profile) in type 410 stainless steel, 1/8” pitch.
• The stainless barrel has been given a black ION BOND finish (Amorphous Diamond Carbon).
• The rifling pitch of 1 turn in 8” makes it possible to stabilize the MK262 or any other cartridge equipped with a 77-grain projectile as well as all other conventional cartridges with a lighter projectile.
• OPS Inc. MK12 compensator that can receive a sound moderator.
• Frame and cylinder head box in 7075T6 aeronautical alloy machined from forged parts.
• The “lower” (the frame) is compatible with AR15 conversions whose dimensions are MilSpec.
• The “upper” (barreled action) is compatible with all AR15 receivers whose dimensions are MilSpec.
• The barrel extension and the breech box feature the M4 type feed ramps.
• Carpenter 158 MilSpec steel cylinder head.
