Description

Multi-station presses with interchangeable tool-holder heads, equipped with a volumetric metering unit with adjustable drawer. The system of interchangeable heads makes it possible to adjust the tools once and for all and to quickly change caliber without disturbing anything.

The doser, accurate to a tenth of a grain, combines the reliability of drawer dosers while retaining the possibility of finely adjusting the load as on a conventional doser, and with the advantage of being able to preset several drawers in advance (delivered with 2 drawers interchangeable adjustable in seconds).

This dosing machine is activated by the socket, a simple and extremely safe system.
In addition, it includes a pressure regulator which ensures the consistency of the load as long as the level of powder is above it (doser almost empty).
The automatic primer is equipped with proven steel shielding for the simultaneous explosion of a hundred primers. It comes with a buzzer that activates when there are only 3 primers left. It is supplied with 2 pre-assembled priming drawers for the two primer diameters, to speed up the caliber change.

Manual indexing progressive press with 4 stations (flaring is done at the dosing station, so there is one station left for separate crimping, as on a 5-station press). Supplied with a volumetric doser, lever with ball handle, automatic primer, socket tray. Capacity 500 cartridges per hour.

Tool set and conversion are not shipped with the press.
