MEPROLIGHT rise and handlebar assembly, EVERGREEN model for SIG P320/P226 (black rise, orange handlebar):

MEPROLIGHT is an Israeli company specializing in the manufacture of sighting systems for small arms. It has existed for more than 30 years and is one of the leaders producing luminescent tritium sights and front sights. Since products containing tritium have been banned for sale in Europe for several years, the company has innovated by producing the first micro-diode open sighting system equipped with an exceptional power supply allowing a long life of 5 years permanently on.
The company also manufactures excellent optical sighting systems, the latest of which benefit from more than two decades of experience in this field, some being adopted by various units and army corps.

MEPROLIGHT is ISO-9001:2008, ISO-14001:2004, and OHSAS 18001:2007 certified.

The EVERGREEN sighting system is Meprolight’s response to the tritium ban in Europe for several years. This range makes it possible to have visible sights in low light conditions or in total darkness while complying with European regulations. The micro diodes are brighter than the tritium models, however, they are not visible in broad daylight, which explains the presence of a colored ring on the handlebars.
This is truly a technological feat because Meprolight has managed to integrate a power source into such a tiny space and able to withstand the cycles of the cylinder head. The lifespan is approximately 5 years after which the sights remain usable as a conventional daytime sight.

Features:
– Ribbed black riser assembly and micro diode front sight powered by a tiny power source.
– Handlebar with an orange ring for daytime use: the green dot will appear in its center in low light or in total darkness.
– Black streaked rear sight.
– Handlebar fixed by a 6-sided screw to the Glock standard and compatible with the Glock tool (tool not supplied).
– Rear sight fixed to the weapon thanks to a Torx screw.
– The diode is permanently on.
– Autonomy of about 5 years, knowing that the energy source is not replaceable (the handlebar then becomes conventional).

Attention: all the diodes are green, only the handlebar ring can be of a different color for daytime use, but the diode in its center will be green.

Note: it is necessary to degrease the threads and glue the screws with weak thread lock (type Loctite 242 or 243).
