Note: the KeyMod standard is a negative footprint interface found on many modern handguards. It makes it possible to obtain very ergonomic handguards having a small diameter. It is possible to attach a Picatinny accessory to it using rails like the one shown above, but it is also possible to attach an accessory directly if it is KeyMod standard.
