TROY is an American manufacturer based in Massachusetts. Specializing in the manufacture of AR-15 type weapons, TROY has also developed atypical models, in particular manual repeater versions to adapt to the various regulations in force throughout the world (in France, the manual repeater versions having a length >= 80cm and a barrel >= 45cm are classified in category C in the calibers allowing it). These particular models, whether equipped with a longitudinal “pump” recocking mechanism or with a side lever, are manufactured with the same quality materials present on the semi-automatic models.

  • 18” barrel with 1/14″ pitch protected by double nitriding (Melonite).

Note:
The manufacturer recommends the exclusive use of ammunition with brass casings. Failure to comply with this recommendation may result in jamming and could damage the rifle. Entry-level ammunition with steel casings should therefore be avoided. This restriction is not unreasonable because we have been giving the exact same advice for many years to owners of semi-automatic AR-15s regardless of the brand.
