Note on the caliber 450 Bushmaster:
This American caliber was originally designed by Tim LeGendre for Colonel Jeff Cooper who was looking to improve the performance of the AR-15. As a result, the cartridge is compatible with the magazines of this platform (the 10-shot magazines then have a capacity of 5 shots, those of 20 shots accept 9 cartridges and those of 30 shots become 13 shots in 450 Bushmater) , but today there are also specific magazines, optimized for this caliber. The case comes from that of the 284 Winchester cut to 43.2mm. It is slightly conical and ranks among the ”straight” sockets because it has no shoulder. The projectile used is .452” caliber.
